Customer Care

The company's policy is to provide the best possible customer service. In order to achieve this, we have developed this Customer Service Playbook, which outlines our customer service philosophy and expectations. We will update the Customer Service Playbook as our team grows and changes.

 If we are unable to answer a call, it will be forwarded to voicemail. Voicemails will be checked every 3 hours. In case of high call volumes, customers will be given the option to leave a voicemail or receive a callback.

 

All emails will be answered within 48 hours. If an email cannot be answered within 48 hours, the customer will receive an automated response notifying them that their email has been received and is being processed.

 

We will respond to all Live Chat requests within 24 hours. If we are unable to respond within 24 hours, the customer will be given the option to leave a message.

Privacy & Safety

Add details such as how you use third-party banking to verify payment, the way you collect data or when will you contact users after their purchase was completed successfully.
